Lexi Lanham instructs the following:
  • Spin Yoga @ Anytime Fitness
  • In this 60 minute class you will sweat and you will relax. The first 30 minutes will get your heart rate up with a fast paced workout on the Spin bike. For the second 30 minutes, we will move to our mats for some light stretching and gentle yoga. All activities in this class can be modified for any fitness level. No spin or yoga experience necessary. Beginners welcome!

  • Yoga Sculpt @ Anytime Fitness
  • This yoga inspired workout class uses weights throughout, to help sculpt and tone your body, as you stretch and move through your yoga poses, while always being reminded that breath is our constant companion.

  • Yin Yoga (Level 2)
  • A slower paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time, allowing for a deeper stretch.
